About MedBrief

MedBrief is a UK-headquartered company that combines technology and specialist services to help make the management of medical evidence simpler, more secure and more efficient. We work with legal professionals and other organisations that rely on medical information, providing a secure online platform for accessing and sharing medical records and radiology, alongside services such as medical records requesting, collation, clinical chronologies and early case assessments. Our work helps tackle the time, cost and administrative challenges that come with managing large volumes of medical information. By bringing together secure technology, specialist knowledge and practical support, we help our clients manage complex cases more efficiently and access the information they need. What makes MedBrief different is the combination of technology and people. Our secure platform is backed by real, dedicated support, and our services are designed around the needs of the clients who use them. We understand that behind every case are people relying on accurate information, careful handling of confidential records and a service they can trust. Our wider mission is to support the fair and effective resolution of medical-related claims, helping to save costs and contribute to better healthcare outcomes. It's a mission that depends not only on the technology we provide, but also on the people, relationships and commitment behind it.

About Rebekah's team

Behind every case is a team of people working together to make sure things run as smoothly as possible. At MedBrief, teamwork, communication and supporting one another are a huge part of what we do. As Client Relationship Supervisor, I work closely with our clients and our internal teams to resolve queries, manage challenges, support colleagues and keep things moving. No two days are ever quite the same, and there are always new priorities, unexpected issues and opportunities to improve the way we work. I believe a good team is one that is willing to help each other, share knowledge and take responsibility when things get difficult. Whether we're dealing with a complex client query, supporting a new process or working towards our targets, everyone plays a part in the bigger picture. I'm proud of the work that goes on behind the scenes, much of which clients may never see, but which makes a real difference to their experience. It's that combined effort, commitment and willingness to keep improving that helps us deliver the service our clients expect.

The journey

My career has taken me through different roles within the legal sector, from working as a paralegal to moving into medical evidence services and client relationship management. Each stage has taught me something different, from understanding the pressures legal professionals face to the importance of communication, organisation and getting the details right. I joined MedBrief in January 2023 and have continued to develop my experience, taking on responsibilities that go beyond day-to-day client service. My role involves building relationships, supporting my team, dealing with complex issues, helping improve processes and contributing to the development of our services. One of the biggest lessons I've learned is that you don't always need to have every answer straight away, but you do need to be willing to find a solution, take ownership and follow things through. Working with clients means understanding that every query matters to someone, and that a reliable, helpful response can make a real difference. I'm proud of how much I've learned and the contribution I make to MedBrief. I'm always looking for ways to improve, both personally and professionally, and I want to continue developing as a leader while helping the people around me succeed too.
