Hello, My name is Scott and I am a Projects Director, Diving and Confined Space Supervisor and Health and Safety professional at a family-run Commercial Diving Company (Sea-Lift Diving Ltd) based in Swansea. Sea-Lift Diving carry out civil and marine engineering projects around the UK from underwater inspections, confined space rescue work and structural repairs to large scale heavy engineering dock projects including lock gate replacement and installations. It is a high risk and challenging industry but very rewarding and I am passionate about delivering quality services and promoting the best standards within the organisation. It is amazing to be nominated for Engineering Team of the Year Award, the team absolutely deserve this! They have worked extremely hard over many years and we have seen some fantastic places (and some not so great) during our travels and operations. The organisation is continuing to expand from 2no. Directors to over 10 employees, including the expansion of a new office and welding/fabrication yard in Swansea we are rapidly becoming an robust and adaptable company with so many capabilities.
