Charmain Edwards

Through organisation and efficiency, I have utilized the resources around me to be a successful manager and teacher. Leadership is one of my most distinguished qualities. Through successful leadership and a greater understanding of people, I have been able to gain respect from my teaching staff making the organisation I work for run more smoothly, whilst building a good rapport with senior management and the staff from the education departments. ''Each day as a leader is a new day for creative innovation. Each day as a teacher is a new day to use these creations to bring out the creativity in others!'' My passion has always been about helping others. With the various jobs held in the past and my current position I have been able to pass on my knowledge; helping others by enabling self-motivation that assists them in achieving their goals. My passion allows me to be creative, and through creativity, I expose the greatest feelings of happiness and success.
