I am the cog that keeps everything working smoothly. I am the compass that helps everyone navigate in the same direction, and yes, I love a good pun! Day-to-day, I look after a wide range of client accounts. No two days are the same, and one week might include a website restructure, a brand development scope, campaign support and a set of brochures — my work is varied, and I love this! The sectors vary a lot, which gives me so much knowledge, but the problems and job are the same: understand what a client actually needs, turn it into a scope the team can deliver, and steer it through to completion. I also handle client communications, project scheduling and invoicing. I'm often the person clients speak to most, so I see my role as building trust through consistency. That means replying when I say I will, flagging issues before they turn into problems, and telling people the truth even when it isn't what they want to hear. I'm direct, and I value directness in others. Toward isn't the kind of agency that just says yes, and I don't think I'm the kind of person who does either. Saying no well, with reasons and a constructive alternative, is one of the most useful things I can do for a client.
